This is an interesting read (read before continuing).
Now, when training a sniper, besides companionship and marksmanship, a good spotter should know distances. I suggest taking him or her out and having them learn distances, as well as how far his or her, and his or hers sniper's rifle can fire.
I don't know the mathematical formula for wind versus projectile, and the BBs you use are so light that in most heavy winds it will be hard to adjust (But I'll browse around and try to find it anyway). Of course, even without the formula, I suggest going out and both sniper/spotter practice firing during a windy day.
(Oh that face is just funny).
